Mission objective: To develop youth leaders in Cambodia so that they can have a postive impact on society.Our world-class leadership programs develop key skills and competencies in youth. We believe everyone can be a leader. For us, leadership is the capacity to respond to change by building a better world. We want to enable youth to actively respond to the challenges and opportunities around them. We do this by:

1. Inspiring them to take responsibility for an issue
2. Enabling them to build a vision of a better future for the issue
3. Mobilising people to achieve the vision

Our programs build the skills and competencies youth need in order to be able lead effective and positive change in the modern world. These are the 8 essential skills we believe you need to develop in order to be a leader. This is a very simple overview; our complete competency model is extensive and was developed together with our corporate partners.

3. Teamwork and commitment/sense of responsibility
4. Presentation and communication
5. A capacity for leadership and taking the initiative
6. A positive, professional attitude & entrepreneurial outlook
7. Self-awareness and discipline

These skills are extremely important. In order to achieve success one must be able to implement your knowledge. For example, it is not enough to know what business is by studying it at university; you must know how to do business to be a successful business person. AIESEC’s programs give youth the ability to learn what leadership is and perhaps most importantly, develop the skills they need to be leaders. By enhancing knowledge, developing competencies and building a global network, we develop global youth leaders.

We offer the following programs to help youth explore and develop their leadership potential

1) The AIESEC Experience -The world's most comprehensive and powerful youth leadership development program. Take a life-changing journey to explore and develop your leadership potential (2+ years of student time commitment)

2) The 1,000 Global Leaders Program - Cambodia's most intense and powerful youth leadership develop program. Activate, develop and connect your leadership potential by working with AIESEC and it's corporate partners. This program is specifically designed to combat youth unemployment and helps youth find top jobs as well as companies find top graduates. (6 months of student tomitment)

3) The Work abroad program - Work abroad in 110 countries around the world (6 weeks-18 months)

Currently, AIESEC has 50,000+ members in over 100+ countries around the world. We run over 450 leadership conferences and realise more than 10,000 international traineeships every year by working with thousands of partner organisations. Our organisation has stood the test of time and is over 60 years old with 1,000,000+ alumni.
