Our Platform enables organizations to interact and source high-potential university students and graduates from all over the world through our exchange programs, conferences and virtual communication tools.
The majority of our partner organizations engage with AIESEC in order to increase their profile, to attract top talent to their organization, or to support our efforts in enabling young people to discover and develop their potential.

Our Platform also produces individuals with the following skills and experiences:

1. Leadership Experience: through the management of over 800 offices at the local, national and international level, we offer 5000 leadership positions per year. Members also have the opportunity to lead teams in different areas and projects.

2. Exchange Program : our exchange programs offer about 4000 members the opportunity to have a professional internship in a foreign country for 2-18months.

3. Conferences: we organize and deliver over 350 conferences a year to develop leadership, strategy and networking.

4. Learning Networks: we have a virtual and physical activities that enables partners and members to  learn and build networks on specific areas of interests.

5. Discovery: through goal-setting, mentorship, personal vision exercise and an inspiring environment, we support individuals to gain deeper understanding of themselves and their future.

6. Multi-Functional Skills : practical experience in sales/marketing, customer service, human resources, planning, budgeting and speaking in public. AIESEC members are oriented to enter situation with the attitude to make things happen.

7. Self- Awareness:  development of personal goals, a personal vision and a personal values.

8. Effectiveness:  the ability to manage the demands of AIESEC with univerisity and other activities such as job, family and friends.

9. Proactiveness:  the entire AIESEC experience is built on individuals taking charge of their experience and responsibilities.

10. Global and Diversity: multi-lingual, international experience and working in diverse teams and environments.
