Introduction to AIESEC
The recruitment process is done with the objective of attracting and selecting
active young people who are open for personal growth and interested in making positive impact into
the society.
Potential members go through 4-5 weeks induction, where they get to know what AIESEC is,
challenged their world view, defined their values, set personal goals and join AIESEC network.
Last point of induction process is one Local and one National Training and Motivational
Seminar. Each person would go through are interview and would be allocated to a team based on
his/her preferences, competencies and behaviour during induction.
All the processes are based on Competency model.
Taking Responsibility
Members are provided with opportunities to develop themselves and build their
network through intense team work, national and international conferences, individual discovery and
reflection, learning cycles and AIESEC virtual platform.
Leadership Role
Members are given the opportunity to take up a leadership role in their various LCs.
Exchange
To further develop our members and provide them with working abroad experience, we
go through an intense selection process for potential exchange participants. National Outgoing
seminars are held for selected participants to attend.
Heading for the Future
Leaving AIESEC is a chance to reflect on what one has learnt, achieved and look
forward to the future outside our organization with ambition to make positive impact in the
society. Members who are leaving AIESEC are mostly involved in training new members that is also
beneficial for them in terms of self-reflection.
