About AIESEC Kenya
Started in the early 70's AIESEC Kenya has existed in Kenya for the last 37 years and recently celebrated its 35th Anniversary in Kenya. From humble beginnings at the University of Nairobi AIESEC has expanded its network to the present 9 Member Universities in Kenya.
AIESEC Kenya has successfully expanded into AIESEC Uganda, and this year AIESEC Tanzania was ratified as a full AIESEC country in Egypt at International Presidents meeting. AIESEC in Kenya was also able to champion the ratification of AIESEC Rwanda as an official extension Country with partnership with AIESEC in Belgium.

The Board meets on a quarterly basis to give advice and review the Member Committee reports on the performance and management of the association. They are the arm of the organisation that offers institutional memory since National office posts have an annual turn over.
The Member Committee (MC) is in charge of the day to day running and administration of the organization in Kenya. The MC is answerable to AIESEC International, The Board of Advisors and to the Association through the National Executive Board (NEB) which also convenes on a quarterly basis.
The Member Committe is incharge of supporting local chapters, create national strategies and policies that drive the organisation nationally.The Member committtee is responsible for managing the team and the organisation nationally.
