This refers to the different tasks played by the parties involved in facilitating the exchnage programme. This roles relate to the following parties:

1. The sending Local Chapter
2. The Hosting Local Chapter
3. The Intern.
4. AIESEC Kenya.
5. The Trainee Taker(Company/Organization that is taking the Intern for a specified period)
