The AIESEC Exchange Programme is divided into different tzpes of exchange pools.The pools gives participating students and companies specific areas of focus.

The programme is divided in four broad pools which include:

• Management Traineeship (MT)
• Technical Traineeship (TT)
• Educational Traineeship (ET)
• Developmental Traineeship (DT)

With this students and companies have a wide range of areas of interest to pick from so as to ensure the exchange programme meets their specific needs
