AIESEC Kenya has a total of nine Local Chapters in existence.7 of the chapters ae base in city of Nairobi and its environs while 2  are based out of Nairobi

AIESEC Kenya chapters are responsibel for the implemenation of AIESEC's corework wich is Exchange.More chapters may be opened from time to time but this solely  based on a need basis and also depending on the value the proposed chapter will add to the overall association.

To Open a new chapter in Kenya the following must be fullfilled:

1. Their has to be an interest group of people(15) in an institution of higher learning
2. The interest group has to have support of their school administration
3. The proposed  Local Chapter has to find an already existing member with full membership status.This willact as the official extension LC
4. The proposed Local chapter has to sign an agreement with the extending LC specifying out their roles during the course of the extension
