2. The 1,000 Global Leaders Program

Stage 2 at Raffles Le Royal Hotel

This incredible program offers free, world-class leadership training to 1,000 of Cambodia’s top young leaders. The aim is to build the next generation of leaders who will have a powerful and positive impact throughout Cambodian society by deploying the skills, experience and networks they will develop through this fantastic leadership program.

Stage 1 ‘Activating Leaders’- Championed by Smart Mobile

This section is comprised of 4 modules that focus on teaching the participants different aspects of leadership. This stage involves 4 days of training on Saturdays or Sundays.

Stage 2 ‘ Developing Leaders’- Championed by RMA Group

Here participants are challenged to deploy their leadership skills by creating a leadership project that will have a positive impact on their community. Only the very best teams will then be provided with the opportunity to go work abroad.

Stage 3 ‘Connecting Leaders’- Championed by Coca-Cola

It’s not enough just to activate youth leaders and to develop their leadership skills. We are committed to providing them with framework to connect to their community; to find jobs and/or start their own businesses and thereby ensure they continue to make a positive impact after the program has finished. We will give them training on how to be professional and then give them the chance to find a job at our Young Leaders Recruitment Fair. Finally, we will celebrate their achievements at our Global Village.
