Exchange is one of the most intense leadership development experiences that we
offer to our members throughout their AIESEC Experience and links together with our global network.
Each year, we provide over 7,000 members with the challenging opportunity to live and work in a
foreign country in areas of
management, information technology, education, and development.

AIESEC Internship Exchange Program
|
Exchange is the defining element of the AIESEC experience. It facilitates an
intense intercultural and practical experience in another society, and exposes the intern and those
they meet to a different culture, community and its issues. We believe that in order to achieve a
peaceful world in which every individual and humanity as a whole has the ability to fulfill their
potential, the world needs leaders with the ability and willingness to create change in their
communities. Our role in the world is to develop these kinds of people,
individuals who are socially responsible, entrepreneurial, culturally
sensitive, active learners and proactive agents of change through international work
exchanges.

As an undergraduate or postgraduate, an Internship in more than
100 countries and territories around the world will not only allow you
to
develop a broader understanding of cultural, economic, business, and world
issues, gain a global network,
but also obtain personal discovery and professional development, in order to
help create positive impact to society. |
