Internship Exchange Programme
Exchange
is the
most
intense learning experience that we offer and links together our global network.
Each year, we provide over
4,500 members the challenging opportunities to
live and work in a foreign country in areas related to management, information technology, education, and
development.
Mechanism:
|
1. Selection and Application - after joining
and understanding AIESEC, you can enter a review process to assess your experiences and motivation
for doing an AIESEC exchange. Your competency will be reviewed by the AIESEC alumni and
distinguished guests from our partners.
|
2. Preparation – AIESEC provides resources,
trainings and supports to prepare you to live and work in another country. This includes visa
processing.
|
|
3. Matching - You will be trained and given
access to use our on-line database of jobs. The more flexible you are, the better.
|
4.
Integration – AIESEC members in your host chapter provides
supports and assistance in getting setup while providing opportunities
for cultural and social activities.
|
|
5. Re-Integration – AIESEC supports you in making the
readjustment
process when you return your home country. The benefits and values
that the exchange brings to you will be reinforced, and you will also see how you can make use of
your experiences to bring an impact to the people around you
|
