PBOX COVER (COllaboration for HIV/AIDS ExploRation) currently runs by AIESEC Local
Committee Universitas Indonesia. We do hope that our collaboration to explore this issue may give
the positive impact to our society and raise the awareness to the youth regarding HIV/AIDS. In PBOX
COVER, involves Exchange Participants who will be working on HIV/AIDS project with the organizing
committee from University of Indonesia and having internships in local NGOs which are located in
Jakarta.
PBOX COVER is actually a part of AIESEC Indonesia's national project which is a Project Based on Exchange (PBOX) with HIV-AIDS issue. Collaborating with Standard Chartered Bank as National Partner, this initiative named “Indonesia Bisa!”, this means “Youth CAN FIGHT HIV AIDS, YOUTH CAN SURVIVE FROM HIV AIDS, We can do this if we are Together”. So, PBOX Indonesia Bisa! is currently run in 5 different cities in Indonesia which are Jakarta (Universitas Indonesia), Malang (Universitas Brawijaya), Semarang (Universitas Diponegoro), Bandung, and Padang (Universitas Andalas). The Objectives of this project: 1. Drive bigger awareness in issue HIV/AIDS across Indonesia's youth in order to prevent increasing number of Indonesian youth infected HIV/AIDS. 2. Create opportunities for local and international youth to learn about HIV/AIDS. 3. Gather youth, NGO, and business entities to give tangible positive impact of HIV/AIDS problem in Indonesia When and Where?
