Each year, AIESEC Pakistan organizes and delivers four national conferences, July Leadership Conference, and National Youth Development Seminar, National Leadership Conference, and National Strategic Conference. There are also numerous opportunities for our members to attend international AIESEC conferences.

Our conferences are organized to maximize the learning and skills development of our members allowing them to acquire valuable personal and professional skills. Conferences provide a forum for our members to engage each other and leaders in the corporate community, government and civil society in specific, relevant issues to increase their awareness, deepen their learning and provide them with a network of people who have common interests.

AIESEC Pakistan Conferences

·         National Strategic Conference: A 5-day conference in March that brings together members from across the country to develop strategy, receive training, and set program targets for the country.

·         National Youth Development Seminar: A 5-day conference in November that brings together our newly recruited members to receive functional training, leadership development, and build their networks.

·         International Conferences: - A 7-12 day conference for leaders at the local or national level for leadership development, strategy sharing, defining international direction, and building networks of cooperation.
