The National Leadership Development Seminar (NLDS) is the largest conference for AIESEC
Singapore every year. Held over 4 days and gathering more than 100 youths from Singapore and Asia
Pacific, the conference aims to create an intense learning experience that will serve to equip
participants with the exposure, network and skills to help them discover their potential as
leaders.
