Conferences

The AIESEC conference is the moment the passion of our membership, the power of our vision, and the strength of our global network come together to create an intense learning experience.

For AIESEC, the conference is an opportunity to train members, develop strategy, discuss issues, and engage with stakeholders.

For you, it is an opportunity to receive training, build your personal network, demonstrate leadership, and have loads of fun.

Within AIESEC, we organize and deliver over 470 national and international conferences a year, with many more at a local level.

AIESEC conferences last between 2 and 12 days, with an average member attending 1-3 per year.
The size of conferences varies from 30 delegates to over 500.

What are the different types of AIESEC Conferences?

Induction Seminar
A 1-3 day conference for new members to learn more about AIESEC identity and operations meet other AIESECers, and to begin planning your AIESEC Experience.

Preparation Seminar
A 1-3 day conference to provide cultural trainings, networking and goal development for exchange participants.

  • Become a trainer or facilitator of groups
  • Work from 9AM to 9PM and then partying until 3AM, everyday
