This year, AIESEC Philippines will be undertaking a major fundraising venture with our distinguished alumni. The "I AM AN AIESECer" Book Project is a project that aims to put our 40 years of oral history into writing. It will be a collection of AIESEC stories, experiences, profiles and pictures, which, more than anything, will commemorate AIESEC’s work as a premier organization.

The AIESEC Book will be in production from the months of April to June 2009. Within this time, AIESEC Philippines will host several Photoshoots (Shoot & Scans), where the alumni are invited to have their pictures taken and their profiles made. These shoots serve as a venue for interaction between the AIESEC alumni and our current AIESEC members.

Finally, AIESEC Philippines will hold a Launch Party upon the completion of the I AM AN AIESECer Book. Attendees of the event will reach a number of over 300 people and will include alumni and members alike. The Launch Party will be a formal event to be held in December 2009 at the Discovery Suites in Ortigas.

Ultimately, it prides us to be able to say that AIESEC Philippines will be the first to do this in the Asia Pacific region.
