We are now running AIESEC Fall 2011 Recruitment to offer students the opportunities to gain International Experience, Professional Skills and Leadership Development. With AIESEC, students would be developed into a leader with awareness about global issues as global citizen. They are not only encouraged to be successful in their own life but also make a positive impact on their society: + International Experience: You will work with many foreigners from many countries in the world and enhance your working experience, knowledge and culture. Or you can also go on our Global Internship Program to take internship in other countries. + Professional Skills: AIESEC offers you opportunities to work in teams to develop soft skills. You can work in many functions like External Relation, Talent Management... + Leadership Development: There are several leadership opportunities that AIESEC offers to our members. For example, they can apply for Project leader of a Societal Impact project or functional team leaders.
