Our organization aim is to develop potential in university students through structured learning process called AIESEC Experience. What does it mean to your company? Through different learning activities as conference, functional meeting, training, mentor meeting you have access or attract high potential and diverse talent from over 11 universitites in the Czech Republic.

Conference partnership
Our partner has the possibility to be present at one of our national conferences. The partner supports development of our members by involvement in trainings and workshops. Besides that company is promoted by partnership launches, banners and promotion materials.

National issue partner
P-Box means suppor of project based on exchange and education that is focused on specific issues (IT, entrepreneurship, CSR, education, finance). The goal of IT project is to solve qualified labour shortage and to increase the level of IT knowledge in the Czech society. Becoming IT Learning networks partner means having a possibility to provide the platform to run this project and to help to develop learning environment around this issue. You have the chance to be directly connected with students who are interested in IT and who are working on that within our organization.

Developing leaders day (more)
unique one-day leadership seminar held during the January national leadership conference run by representatives of our partner companies. They deliver a series of sessions and trainings to members of AIESEC in the Czech Republic.

Learning Networks Day (more)
LN Day is our Learning Networks Day, a yearly event in which partners, externals, alumni and members come together to expand their knowledge and interact about diverse issues relevant for Czech Republic and the world. It’s a physical platform for learning and networking which serves as a base for future exchange projects and learning cooperations.
