About our delivery centre in Brno, Czech Republic
Infosys BPO in Brno is a delivery centre that specializes on providing
services for the European markets of our clients. This means that we provide our service in
various European languages. Currently we work in the following fields of Finance & Accounting,
Insurance, Sales&Fulfillment, IT
support and IT testing services

Nevena Yakova from Bulgaria
• Nevena worked as a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Order Management
team for a global American client company
• The focus of Nevena’s work was on the French market of our client, since she spoke
excellent French and English
• Nevena was responsible for handling amendments and renewals of contracts, customer
communication and communication with sales departments of our client company
Nuno Ribeiro from Portugal
• Nuno started as a Customer Service Representative in the Accounts Payable team, his
primary working language was Portuguese. He participated on a large accounting project for one of
our American clients
• His position included administration of invoice booking, invoice management and
backlog management
• Being a responsible fast learner, Nuno also got the opportunity to participate on a
transition of accounting processes from the client location in the USA to our office in
Brno
