AIESEC is the international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential to have a positive impact on society.

To reach this aim, each year AIESEC provides over 7,700 leadership positions, organizes over 470 conferences, and runs an internship program that offers 5,500 members the opportunity to live and work in a foreign country.
