AIESEC Membership

The recruitment of AIESEC members passes through the following steps:

Step 1 – Filling Application Form  

Maximum 3 days after the deadline you will be informed personally about the results.

Step 2 – English Language Test

English is the official working language in AIESEC. You will take a test to determine your English language level.

Step 3 – Group Exercise

This simulation aims to see how you perform in team work.

Step 4 – Integration Week

During this week you will have the chance to find out what AIESEC Riga does, what kind of people work here and if this is the right place for you.

Step 5 – Local Information Seminar

You will attend Local Information Seminar where you will learn more about AIESEC and you will have the opportunity to meet members of AIESEC Riga.

Step 6 – Interview

The interview will help us know each other better. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions related to AIESEC.

Final Results Announcement

National Training Seminar  

After the selection process is finished you will attend AIESEC Latvia National Training Seminar. In 3 days you will meet all newly recruited members & experienced AIESECers and gain valuable knowledge for your further activities in AIESEC.
