Event combines three parts:

1. The change of AIESEC Riga Executive Board (EB) (warm welcome to new EB and saying “thank you” to old EB)
2. Announcing AIESEC Riga results for the past year, building long term plans for next year, awards ceremony representing the most active and successful members
3. AIESEC Alumni reconnection, network building between members and Alumni.

During the event there will be held learning sessions for all delegates. Based on AIESEC experience stage, sessions will be divided into 3 parts. To relax and celebrate our achievements in AIESEC way, AIESEC Sports Games 2010 are organized on the second day of the event.

Event will be lead by an AIESEC alumnus Dan Moldoveanu from Romania.
