Marcin has set up Kielce Local Committee in 1993 and had been working for 3 years to improve its performance and make sure it worked as it should have. He has been supporting it ever since through many ways: being part of Board of Advisors, providing a lot of uplifting trainings, coaching and mentoring but also through financial support. He helped LC Kielce when there where some difficulties and participated in more joyful times too.
Marcin is respected by many not only thanks to his amazing professional skills and experience but also due to his personal attitude to each person. He is unbelievably inspiring and has a special ability to show one its importance, power snd the way how to grow in the organization. He is an outstanding leader whose entrepreneurial talents make AIESEC Kielce being today. A lot of people with whom he has cooperated take today senior managerial positions or are top achiever in their fields, so this way we know that he has made an enormous impact on his colleagues. He is a role model for Committee members beginning from LCP to newbies thus maiking a huge impact on people who are and who will be in AIESEC. Marcin also showed his unusual attitude and contribution to community development when he helped Elizabeth, who stuck at the Russian airport for 20 months. Thanks to such nobile behaviour which was decribed even in media he drawed antetion of diffrent people to the importance of helping other without intrests.
Nevertheless Marcin biggest success is being awared the best seller at central east market of Philips Consumer Electronics in Russia. Beginning from a trainee in one of the branches of a big company, after 10 years of demanding work and constant improvement, he is now one of the best customer marketing directors in the company.
