AIESEC provides to student
integrated learning experience which provides to our member several of
opportunities. It is up to you what kind of opportunity you will choose and experience.
This integrated experience we call "The AIESEC experience". Read below the stages of AIESEC
experience and what are the benefits for you.
The AIESEC
experience
Introduction to AIESEC the stage, when new members get to know AIESEC and the way it work
Taking Responsibility in this stage you get the chance to get first tasks and become responsible for particular
job in one of the teams
Leadership Role everyone after experience in team can try to have own team. During one year you can get more
chances to lead organizing team of a conference or even become the leader of whole branch
Exchange over the year we organize multiply opportunities for students to go for international
exchange. You can become a member of AIESEC and later go on internship, or join AIESEC, go for
internship, come back and try some leadership role. Or any different way. You can build your own
experience.
Heading for the future members of AIESEC that would like to leave organization are provided with preparation to use
their experience out of AIESEC.
