Project Employer of the Year will be organized for the first time in Slovenia this year. AIESEC as a global organization has already experience in organizing similar projects and this year will also start in Slovenia. Main aim of this project is to analyze students needs and preferences toward future job. Thanks to survey conducted in Slovene Universities we will be able to answer the question of what is the ideal profile of employer to the students eyes. To ensure that results of our survey will be reliable, we will ask their opinion to a group of 500 students. External and independent analyze company will support AIESEC in execution of research and report compiling. AIESEC as a representative of students will also reward the most desirable by students Employer of the Year 2010.

How company can participate in project?

After conducting survey, company can get access to detail results of it. General report from survey will be printed and publish online, but for detailed report company need to pay 500 Euro. To ensure the reliability of survey we cannot mention name of companies in survey questionnaire, there will be only place to indicate the three most desirable employers and give opinion of them.

All companies from the list of the most desirable employer will also be invited for an official gala when we will present results of survey and reward Employer of the Year 2010.

What are the benefits for the company?

We will reward Employer of the Year 2010 at the beginning of 2011 year, till this time we will have prepared detailed reports for companies. Companies will be able to use those reports to improve their Employer Branding strategies before spring activities and recruitments. Mainly report will provide information about:

• Factors affecting on decision of choosing job
• Concerns linked with starting work
• Weaknesses and strengths of the candidate to work in students eyes
• Factors making the company most desirable
• Students sources of information about companies
• Salary expectations
• Most preferred departments in companies for work
• First choice sector of work

Very valuable for the company will be also recognition as an Employer of the Year made by students. List of 20 most desirable companies will be written in general report which will be distributed not only among students but also companies.
