Mentorship
is the most powerful tool implemented in Alumni engagement plan. It
was designed to increase the connections between AIESEC
and alumnus and to speed up the development of AIESEC in Slovenia members. Mentorship program
will, if done properly, start a never-ending cycle of
mentorship, increasing the quality not just of members but of the sole process as well.
People coming out of that will be more experienced, more devoted and
much more trained mentors.
Workshops and trainings
Each year we
are organizing six national conferences and many trainings as well. During them we are delivering
knowledge and shaping skills of our members. For that we are trying to use also external
perspective: companies and organizations. As an Alumni you can also deliver to our members
workshops and trainings sharing your personal experience and at the same time promoting your
company among students and potenatial employees, customers or business partners.
Internship Program
If
you are young Alumni - still you can use our Internship Program and go abroad with AIESEC to gain
professional experience there. If you are working or have your own company then you can use AIESEC
Interns to develop your business or support with them your expansion on new markets. For more
