What is AIESEC ?
AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 1100 universities
across more than 100 countries and territories, AIESEC is the international platform for your
people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society.
In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 60 years of experience in
developing high-potential students into globally minded responsible leaders.
AIESEC uses an innovative approach to engaging and developing today’s youth. By offering
opportunities to build extensive international personal networks and explore leadership
opportunities, we provide a platform for young people to discover direction and ambition for their
futures.

with over 35,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student‐run organisation. Focused on
providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity
to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.
AIESEC IN TUNISIA
AIESEC IN TUNISIA With its large experience, which made it one of the most important AIESEC
in the region, AIESEC in Tunisia is really happy to to organize International President Meeting
2010. AIESEC in Tunisia has an important role in the country economic life. Beside the matching
process which could allow lots of companies to get the know-how from different people from all over
the world and though, to get in touch with a new vision to get competitive in a this liberal
context, AIESEC in Tunisia, contributes to develop lots of activities and to work sustainable in
different areas.
Since 1962, AIESEC worked with the universities and different governmental and
non-governmental organizations to be still in touch with the moves and the changes that Tunisia was
showing during these 4 last decades. Working hand in hand with the UNICEF for instance to make
people aware about some catastrophes or with the Managerial institutions to enhance the
opportunities that were emerging over here.
All the students that had the chance to do some internship abroad were back home with
excellent feedbacks and shared all what they learnt as knowledge with the people here. That’s why
AIESEC Tunisia is really greedy to say that it contributes to be an important participant to all
that Tunisia is living as modernity, progress, increase of way of life and stability.
AIESEC Tunisia exists since 1962, and has now 7 offices in 3 Tunisian City (Tunis, Nabeul
and Sfax) in 10 universities of Economic and Management sciences. Over the last years, AIESEC
Tunisia membership has been growing rapidly, not just in terms of numbers, but also in terms of the
diversity in the background of people.It wants to be on track of the learning needs of its members,
in order to provide them with the appropriate values, competencies and the skills that will take
them ready to offer and gain from the organization. It also wants to help them facilitate their
personal and professional development to make a positive impact in the Tunisian environment.
