Initial Contact to AIESEC |
Step 2
Definition of Requirements and Completion of Profile and Job Description. |
Step 3
AIESEC enters Job Description into Global Matching System and begins matching process. |
Step 4
AIESEC presents profiles of 3 candidates who match the requirements and have expressed interest in the position. |
Step 5
AIESEC assists with process of selection and interviewing. |
Step 6
Successful candidates selected by you. AIESEC begins preparation and logistical activities. |
Step 7
Intern arrives, received by AIESEC and taken to accomodation, welcome dinner and first day of work. |
Ongoing
AIESEC carries out ongoing cultural activities, evaluation of the internship and continuous communication with all parties. |
