National Conferences form a valuable part of every members experience, connecting our local committees from all over Venezuela with each other and our partner organisations. During conferences, key trainings are delivered, socio-economic topics are addressed and networks and plans are formed.

Leadership Development Seminar

(October / May) As the first national conference for new members, this is one of the most important in our member education cycle. Members develop their leadership competencies and begin to realise the potential they have in AIESEC. External involvement can include training and workshops on leadership.

National Planning Conference

(December / June) This is a chance for you to connect with the leadership teams of AIESEC Venezuela, engage with them on relevant socio-economic topics and help shape the direction of the organisation based in the external reality in Venezuela.

Ser Más is AIESEC's regional initiative being run across 18 countries in Ibero-America: Latin America, the United States and Spain. The aim is to create a new generation of young leaders with the knowledge, skills, experience and networks to make a difference to their communities as business leaders, business entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs.

National Team Support

AIESEC is run by a national team of 4-6 individuals working full time to support local committees, coordinate programs on an international level, train members and bring global strategy to Venezuela. This team needs resources for accomodation, travel and living expenses.

International Conference Support

You can support sending one member of AIESEC Venezuela to undergo a powerful experience, connect with other countries in our network and enable the international cooperation that allows us to offer value to Venezuelan organisations and young people.

In-kind Support

You can support AIESEC Venezuela through donations of technology, conference spaces, food, drinks, stationary and other resources.
