Diogo Ferreira, started to work on social sector for Economia Solidaria after he graduated from Business Administration. He had his traineeship in Foundation of Agroclub de Retorno ao Campo, in Colombia.

A project of sistemazing the collective experience of the NGO was his main responsibility. The project focused on field of active aging of elderly people during 20 years in their local society.

He admits that working together with elderly people was an eye-opening experience for him and he learned a lot. After finishing Diogo went back to his hometown Salvador in Brazil, where he continues to work for Economia Solidaria and contributes to AIESEC activities. In the future he plans to start with his own NGO.
