Lilliana Solano is an Industrial Engineer; Interruption is a community of organizations and people that travel through a common road to obtain a social change through the development and management of processes/tools permitting organizations and people to work, to consume, to invest and to participate in a socially responsible way. Her traineeship in Iterruption in Argentina was the very first time to work on a 3rd sector.

Her major responsibilities were obtaining funds to programs the organization was running. During her traineeship she learnt a lot about the organization and also about herself. Liliana helped entrepreneurs beginning their ventures to have a solid salary; worked with youths educating them about democracy; worked on responsible consumption campaigns and with businesses in social responsibility; and trained people entering the organization.

At present, Liliana is back in Colombia, organizing her personal social projects and trying to have a similar experience in Colombia that will permit her to learn a lot more about Social Entrepreneurship in Colombia.
