AIESEC national conferences, provide the opportunity to work with young talent nationally through:

  • Partnership Launches:  Launches provide opportunity to present opportunities to current/ incoming AIESEC national leadership bodies members in the country, who are best quality future participants and promoters of Exchange Program

AIESEC National Conferences and events, include:

  • National Conference: It is a 3 days conference organized in December, designed for AIESEC members to equip them with up-to-date knowledge and skills on how to run projects, communicate in an international working environment, leaving also some space to discuss burning global issues. read more about available partnerships
  • National Leadership Development Seminar:  it is a 4 days conference organized in June, addressed to AIESEC Iran members to strengthen their leadership skills and prepare them for holding responsible top positions in the market. This is one of the most powerful learning events which create a strong platform for the AIESEC members, foreign AIESEC interns and our stake holders to explore leadership in context to the current global environment and develop a set of competencies needed to become a leader that world look up for.
  • National Career Fair:  it is a 3 days Fair organized in February, which is combination of an exhibition of employers operating in Iran with blocks of workshops devoted to burning issues of the current job market. The major aim of the event is to minimize the gap between educational and business world by providing students, graduates and Iranian companies to interact with each other, exchange opinion and mutual expectations.
