Carreer Development Seminar Youth Leadership Forum Ambassadors Program
© AIESEC International 2009

Held every year, the forum is created to be a platform for young students in Jordan to discuss social and economic issues of relevance challenging  their development and their role  in  the society to overcome such challenges.

The forum’s unique approach of linking students with corporate and non-corporate organizations in a 2-way dialog enables students to build a stronger perspective on what leadership competencies they need to develop in order to have an impact on the Jordanian society, as well as enabling partners to understand the values, attitudes and behaviors in the next generation of leaders, which enables them to design long-term strategies to utilize this youthful potential.

The Forum’s Historic Background:

Since 2009, the forum has been concluded 3 times, and each time it has been concluded under a different theme, whither it was discussing the relationship of different sectors and youth in Jordan, innovating  youth initiatives, or identifying long-term competencies for future leadership, and every time, the forum’s topics and success were very relevant to Jordan’s social-economic situation.

Every year, the forum attracts hundreds of students and tens of corporate, governmental and non-corporate organizations that are eager to activate youth potential and guide this potential to achieve impact on the Jordanian society.
