Our Programme

AIESEC offers four different types of internships - Management, Technical, Educational, and Developmental.

Management
Internships related to general business functions, including administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management, and human resources.

Technical
Internships related to engineering or information technology including web and software development, programming, system analysis and design, network and database management.

Educational
Internships in academic fields and sectors related to teaching a language, subject, or another aspect of education, including cultural awareness, curriculum and course material development.

Developmental
Internships related to the development of an underprivileged group of persons or community, focused on development and social responsibility.

Flexible Timing
The Global Internship Program allows you to manage seasonal peak times and special projects with high-quality, temporary international talent. Interns can stay for short or long term internships ranging from 6 to 78 weeks (18 months) with start and end dates that suit your organization’s needs.

The job description and candidate profile is outlined and designed in consultation with your organization, and we take care of the rest. AIESEC makes arrangements for visa paperwork and processing, finding accommodation, and integrating the intern into the community.

Cost-Effective Solution
With an AIESEC Intern, you have access to qualified candidates for minimal costs, as our interns are looking for both personal and professional development. The expenses consist of the Intern’s salary (recommended minimum 450 JDs monthly) and the administration fee for our work

The process of our Programme

  1. Getting started

  • Identify job description and candidate profile
  • Specify educational background, language skills, work experience, region, and internship duration
  • AIESEC will advertise the position on our Global Network
  • Realistic timeline provided according to specified needs
  • invoice sent by the national office upon receipt of signed contract

2. Selection  

  • 3 to 5 pre-screened candidates presented that fit specified profile
  • If no suitable candidates are presented, company will provide detailed feedback and AIESEC will present further CVs
  • Telephone interviews arranged and coordinated between company and candidates
  • Successful candidate is selected 

  3. Preparation

  • Intern participates in cultural preparation prior to internship
  • AIESEC makes arrangements for accommodation, visa and other logistics

4. Arrival

  • AIESEC picks up the intern from the airport, and helps them settle into Jordan

5. Servicing

  • Employer and intern evaluation conducted before, during and after the internship
  • Meeting to close the process and discuss post-internship options ( internships can be extended up to a local duration of 78 weeks
  • AIESEC does not facilitate further extensions or permanent employment processes
