UAE LEAD : Youth Leadership Congress

UAE LEAD : Youth Leadership Congress is a three-day event for students and recent graduates of the region. Leadership workshops, keynote-speeches by eminent speakers and various customized sessions on practically-useful skills make this congress the first youth-development event of its kind in the UAE. The first and the third day will be open to all young Emiratis whereas the second day will be entirely devoted to Women Empowerment.

This Youth Leadership Congress is organized by AIESEC, the world's largest students' organization, which focuses on leadership, empowerment & personal development of the youth. AIESEC is often described as international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential.  The fundamental partner for UAE LEAD is NAJAH, which will be hosting UAE Lead at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre during its’ leading education training exhibition & career fair in the Middle East. Attending the event is free-of-charge for all participants and the participants will also be given certificates for participation.
