  • Interns work full time anywhere from 2-18 months.
  • Interns demonstrate a range of skills and impact by handling specific short term projects or working in a team on long term strategies.
  • Solution for restrictive head count, building an international management pipeline, and gaining insight on projects or strategies.
  • Candidates are current students and recent graduates of top bachelors, masters and MBA programmes in 1,700 universities globally.
  • Attract candidates from 107 countries via an efficient, centralized sourcing process.

Graduate Recruitment Programme – Access international students and take them on as interns to support your organizational needs and initiatives.

  • Supports initiatives to attract, recruit and retain local and international talent.
  • Build your management pipeline with experienced, internationally minded local talent.
  • Graduates have the right mix of leadership skills and international working experience to bring your business to the global scene.
  • Targeted promotion and candidate pre-screening for programme positions to enrich your candidate pool.

 The 4th Gulf Talent Conference  – Our largest event with over 300 delegates representing 4 Gulf countries, and 30 corporate leaders. Occurs in November 2010.
  • Position your company among the masses of the AIESEC network to achieve top of mind with potential hires.
  • Showcase your company’s values to connect with and attract the best talent from AIESEC’s leadership.
  • Personally interact with AIESEC’s leadership through workshops around your company’s initiatives.
  • Feedback your initiatives and strategies with competitive, eager and young professionals.

Youth Leadership Summit – Our forum captures youth opinion around relevant regional issues as Human Capital Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability. Occurs in 11th of November, during the 4th Gulf Conference.

  • Position your company’s responsible brand around relevant issues by sharing global programs with the public.
  • Gather regional youth opinion around key world issues and better target Generation Y.
  • Design the discussion methodology to capture specific output around one of the forum topics.
  • Co-brand and design the published output on youth voices.

Leadership Forum and Tournament  – Our exclusive event for the most experienced global leaders of AIESEC’s membership. Occurs in February - March of every year.

  • Run a workshop, launch an initiative or assess candidates from top universities from United Arab Emirates all in one location!
  • Connect with top talent seeking recruitment and highly competitive internship opportunities.
  • Personally interact with AIESEC’s leadership, the most experienced members in the organisation.

National Leadership Conferences – 2 national events involving the fresh AIESEC leaders of a particular region. Occurs in February and April 2011.

  • Target specific national youth for employer brand strengthening.
  • Interact with the national and local membership; learn more about the markets and youth ambition.
  • Involve regional headquarters in talent acquisition and branding strategies.

To reach this aim, AIESEC provides over 10,000 leadership positions, organizes over 470 conferences, and runs an exchange program that offers 10,000 members the opportunity to live and work in a foreign country.
