5 REASONS TO JOIN AIESEC



For being an AIESEC member you should pass through 4 simple steps:

Step 1. Application form.
You should fill in application form for us to find out more information about you.

Before filling in application form kindly check required membership criteria below:
  • 18-28 years old
  • Student or recent graduate, who is studying or working in the United Arab Emirates
  • Fluent English
Application form is a first stage of selection process, that is why take filling in process seriously.



Step 2. Assessment Center.
During this step of selection process all applicants will be divided in to groups and will participate in case solving process.

Step 3. Interview.
Through the individual conversation with AIESEC representative, we will estimate your competencies, values and skills, see your motivation and your compliance with the organization.
Duration of interview is 25-30 minutes.

Step 4. Induction Seminar.
Require for all members, who passed interview stage. It will be 1 day seminar, where each person will get to know what AIESEC is and will see all area of opportunities offered by AIESEC.
