About Learning Networks
AIESEC understands its role in developing leaders of positive change and brings the challenge of sustainable leadership into the focus of thousands talented individuals all around the world through both the virtual discussion forums and through enabling and supporting the physical activities on the local level addressing these issues. Such a network of alike-minded young individuals who are able to organize themselves around these issues (Learning Networks) creates a powerful environment supporting individual learning of everyone involved. Currently, AIESEC globally is working on five themes namely Corporate Social Responsibility, Energy, Education, HIV / AIDS and Finance.

Learning Network Day
Learning Networks Day is a unique event which brings together more than 500 young talented individuals and more than 60 business, governmental, academic, and civil society leaders to dialogue about global issues in the areas of Corporate Responsibility, Education, Energy, HIV/AIDS and Finance. The day is been designed as a physical forum where current and future leaders learn from each other through interactive workshops; open space and panel discussions.

Virtual spaces
Connecting more than 20 000 members across the network on the virtual communities discussing the issues makes Learning Network more powerful than ever before. Community based system enables to share resources and good case practices so as provides a platform for the global network to discuss about main issues, resolve case studies and participate on on-line dialogues.
