What does AIESEC do with Cadbury Schweppes now? The Cadbury Schweppes partnership has three main components: Developing Leaders Day Every year, at our International Congress, Cadbury Schweppes is part of the consortium that develops and executes a workshop on a topic that is relevant to AIESEC in that year. So far, there have been five Developing Leaders Days’ held in which over 60 Cadbury Schweppes managers have facilitated.
AIESEC Edge AIESEC Edge is a program where Cadbury Schweppes organizes assessments every year to access permanent AIESEC talent. It is necessary for individuals to have gone through a leadership experience in AIESEC and also have International Experience. Assessments will be held in April and May of every year.
