Global Learning Environment

Not only do you get to learn about relevant issues that are useful in the current state of our society both regarding corporate related issues but also Social Responsibility. What makes AIESEC stand out is that you learn about these issues through a Local Committee where at least 50% of the members are international, where the language is English, where when you are out at a company meeting YOU are the face of AIESEC.

Conferences – at least one AIESEC conference around the globe each week
There are 470 international conferences annually, which our members have the opportunity to attend.. AIESEC Denmark hosts 3 national conferences each year, gathering the members of all 5 local committees. Conferences offer an intensive learning experience with unique interactive sessions ranging from personal time management and presentation techniques, to big debates on sustainability and corporate responsibility. These trainings involve students, alumni and prominent members of the business life.

Exchange – a life changing experience
Exchange is the defining element of the AIESEC experience. It involves the temporary placement of students in foreign business environments or social projects. By entering the Exchange Programme our members and partners get access to a unique network consisting of 110 countries.  Through the programme the students develop valuable personal and professional skills providing them with the necessary head start for their future careers.

“It’s so much more than a job. It’s a life changing experience”

Everybody gets something different out of their AIESEC experience, nobody´s story is the same.

Mentoring – Mentoring relationships provide an important source of external feedback –with other AIESEC members or AIESEC partners and supporters. Through mentoring we create a fruitful symbiosis between professionals and students, and at the same time ensuring the student is able to make independent decisions.
