Activating leadership in young people is the foundation for how we help
young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. We do
this in Denmark by providing
practical experiences in leadership, as well as trainings in soft skills and
functional areas at
national conferences and local activities. Members also have the opportunity
to develop these skills at various international leadership development seminars.
The fact that this global organisation, with 22,000 people in over 100 countries with over
5000 partners, is run by a group of university students is impressive. The fact the entire
management changes every year is even more impressive. But, that is what makes AIESEC unique,
giving you the opportunity to step up and take on a leadership role.
