The international platform for young people
AIESEC's identity is to serve as a learning platform for young people to practice and develop their skills and experiences so that they have the skills that they need in working and personal life. This is why the organisation is not about something to be served, instead it is something that's purpose is to serve the people. Our main slogan It's up to you! is the main guideline in our every day work. You can imagine AIESEC as it follows: think you are heading for a long trip. You have to pack things you want and need with you in your trip to be well prepared and to really enjoy the trip. You are picking these things from a big box. This is a kind of trip you are starting to discover you want to have. This trip is called life and the box you are collecting these things from is AIESEC. We are a global organisation, consisting of different people that have the same dream and vision. This will help you as a motivating and supporting fact when you have your often even rough road to follow. Let's take a look to our activities, with different kinds of possibilites:
