Incoming exchange team is responsible for re-locatiom of trainees from abroad for working in
Finnish companies. This means that we guide the trainee through the matching process, which may
include selection of applications, arrangement of interviews, etc. as well as we taking care of
such practicalities as getting work permits, visas and integration in Finnish society. We work
closely with trainees to ensure that they get the best experience with us. We also keep in touch
with companies during the internship, as well as during the year, to make sure that they are
satisfied with our trainees and services.
