In the Outgoing Exchange team (OGX) we send students abroad on international internships, located in over 100 countries worldwide.We start by planning the recruitment of exchange participants before each recruitment period to recruit the most suitable and motivated candidates. After candidates are selected, we help them in the process of finding the internship place through the AIESEC network, support our interns personally with practicalities and through national preparation seminars. The support continues throughout the internship until the exchange participant returns and is re-integrated to our local committee.By working in Outgoing Exchange you can improve or gain presentation skills, human resources skills, planning, time and team management skills.
