The AIESEC conference brings together young people from different backgrounds to gain deeper understanding of AIESEC, to challenge their world view and to build a personal network. Conferences are built on interactive sessions where everybody takes part on developing the content. They offer an intense learning experience for the members in very energetic atmosphere. Each year, we organize and deliver over 350 national and international conferences . In addition to that, there are several seminars organized locally every year.

For you, the conference is an opportunity to receive training or train the other members, facilitate your own and other’s learning, demonstrate leadership, discuss about interesting issues with people around the world, build your own personal network, develop strategies, engage with AIESEC stakeholders and have loads of fun.

What kind of conferences we have?

Local Seminars

Information Evening – A smaller event where participants see, hear and experience what AIESEC is and get the basic information about the opportunities that AIESEC offers. That's the starting point of AIESEC experience: applying to AIESEC membership happens here.

Local Training Seminar – A 2-3 day seminar to get trainings and support to define the AIESEC experience further based on personal needs and interests.

National Conferences

Preparation Seminar – A 3 day conference to provide cultural training, networking and goal development for members selected to Work Abroad phase.

National Conference - A 3 day conference bringing together all members of the country to form strategies and receive trainings.

International Conferences

5-12 day conferences for leaders at the local or national level for leadership development, strategy sharing, defining international direction, building networks and cooperations and trainings on topics of interest.
