In what other global organization can you go
from entry level to top management in 3-5 years?
We are entirely run by
university students & recent graduates. The heart & energy of our
organization are the volunteers that make up about 98% of the membership. The remaining 2% (about
250 people) are very recent graduates or students working full-time in the national &
international offices.
The fact that we can manage a global organization with 35,000 members, over
1000 offices and 4000 partners with a bunch of university students is
impressive. The fact that the entire management turns over every year is even more
impressive.
This is what makes AIESEC so unique and what gives you so many
opportunities to take on
leadership. We are in need of new people to step up & take on leadership
roles.
