Cooperate with AIESEC

For our cooperating organizations and partners in Finland, AIESEC is a proven and innovative route for accessing the pool of talented and high-potential university students and graduates from all over the world.

We attract young people with global mindsets while giving organizations an opportunity to access talented young people from all corners of the globe. We partner with a wide variety of organizations, from multinationals to small businesses or even start-ups, and from non-profit organizations to governmental institutions.

Every year we welcome to Finland dozens of interns from abroad for their internship in companies and organizations in Finland. Through our Work Abroad program, AIESEC provides organizations access to diverse international talent as well as perspectives coming from the widespread network of AIESEC. Besides quality education and working experience, our interns are having leadership experience in AIESEC.

We offer organizations the opportunity to become partners of AIESEC in Finland. Cooperating with AIESEC around activities for AIESEC members and other university students, together with visibility benefits at our events and publications enables the companies to attract talented and proactive young people through the AIESEC network. Having a mutually beneficial dialogue on timely issues between students and companies is also integral part of the partnership.
