Our Seminars

The AIESEC conference brings together young people from different backgrounds to gain deeper understanding of AIESEC, to challenge their world view and to network. AIESEC conference is built on interactive sessions where everybody takes part on developing the content. Conference offers an intense learning experience for the members in very energetic atmosphere.

For companies and organizations AIESEC seminars are the best place to get connected with young, enrerpreneurial and internationally minded students. In these seminars, you will see the energy, the intelligence and the passion of our members. This is also the best time for you to get direct contact with our members , who are potential employees as well as potential customers. Today AIESEC in Finland links over 300 members at 16 universities in 6 cities around the country. Additionally, the biggest seminars will have an AIESEC alumni track where you will have the chance to meet with them. Moreover, the seminars is the best place to network with other companies who share the same belief in youth development.

We offer different kinds of approaches to companies and organizations to be part of our seminars. Here are some examples:

1. Content Partner – Train our members on one of your core competencies and increase your employer and company profile to over 200 young, active AIESEC members.
2. Visibility Partner – All materials, posters, handouts and other promotional materials will bear your company logo.
3. Networking Partner – If you don’t have resources to hold a session yet are willing to meet our members (you can specify a target group if needed) we will schedule a specific time for you to be able to meet our members personally.
4. Rewards and Recognition Partner – We will be awarding delegates at the end of the conference. Your company has a chance to live out its values through this. For example, if you value Excellence, you can co-present the “ Excellent Participation” award to a local committee.
