You can choose which of them you want to try, depending from the experience you would like to receive.
Working within AIESEC you run the operations of AIESEC in your city or country. You can do it either on Team Member or Team Leader Programme. Team Member Programme Work in a diverse team that runs strategic projects to increase the exchange results of a Local Chapter. Gain practical professional skills for your career. Network with youth from around France and the world by attending national and international conferences. You can be part of a team that : · Sells the exchange program to corporate clients and receives international interns · Organizes the entire outgoing process for French students from recruitment to internship search and preparation to reintegration · Runs a Recruitment Program on Campus and strong HR processes within the organization · Organizes a conference for 20 to 300 people Team Leader Programme Gain practical management experience by leading a team of 5+ members to achieve results around a functional area or project. Contribute to a Local Executive Board that determines the strategy for the AIESEC Committee. Network with youth from around France and the world by attending national and international conferences.
As a local Manager, you can:· Run a strategic planning process for the year · Manage a team · Manage a budget of 1000 to 60,000 euro · Service 5-20 companies and NGOs · Participate in national discussions on strategy · Train at local and national events You could also have the opportunity to be a part of a national team that :· Manages AIESEC in over 12 Local Chapters around France · Develops the agenda and delivers training for 5+ National Conferences with up to 300 people · Sells and manages major partnerships with companies and organizations · Represents the country at International AIESEC conferences · Leads the development of a national long-term plan · Leads development of national strategies for different functional areas
