Talent Management

Talent Management is a resort with many faces, but one goal: To let our members explore and develop their potentials efficiently to achieve their and our goals and beyond that to optimize our local committee. You could describe it like this: To get the right people, at the right time, with the right information, into the right position. No large company could afford having no talent management, so do we. As for AIESEC our most important resources are our members. So it’s obviously critical for the success of AIESEC as a member driven organization to attract as many people as possible to develop and integrate new members and to educate and retain our present members.

These are responsibilities of the Talent Management team:

  • interview new member during the selection process
  • organize workshops for our members
  • assess the performance of our members through goal setting talks and tracking
  • evaluate the satisfaction of our members within their specific working area

Currently our team consists of six members who ensure that everyone in our local committee is enjoying his/her time with AIESEC to create a unique AIESEC experience for every member.
