INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIPS
Internships abroad are the most intense experience we offer to our members and an effective way to link our international network. Each year we give the opportunity to more than 8500 people to live and work in one of the countries of our network.

 

TYPES OF EXCHANGES

Management offered positions related to the management, financial and accounting, marketing and human resources.
Development usually with cooperation nongovernmental organizations, voluntary exchanges on various social issues.
Technical internships in positions related to the management and development of in the IT (Information Technologies) sector, software, networks and database.
Educational posts related to the promotion, development of individuals teaching and the advisory sector.

 

PROCESS STEPS

Application and selection procedure During the academic year, there are FOUR periods during which students have the opportunity to submit their applications for internships. These periods are on October, December, April and June The student, after making the request goes through the stage of the interview. There is no limit to the number of students selected, the main criteria are the expectations that the students have for the internship program and the availability of the positions in to the countries abroad.

Preparation In this step, students have the opportunity to participate in various events and activities offered by AIESEC, in preparation for the intense experience that will provide internships abroad.

Matching This is the process of matching the student with the right company. The student is given the appropriate training and access to our database, where all seats.

Reception and Integration When starting the practical training of students in the country selected, the work is not finished. The AIESEC members of the country undertakes the reception and integration of the student through various processes and activities.

Reintegration After the end of the program, AIESEC has the responsibility to support and assist the student in the process of adjustment and reintegration.
